- Travel Documents & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess valid travel documents and meet any immigration, visa, or health requirements. Dune Coast Tourism does not assume liability for losses resulting from insufficient documentation or non-compliance with UAE entry rules.
- Insurance
We strongly encourage customers to acquire comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to belongings
- Accidents relating to adventure activities
We are not responsible for costs arising from incidents that could be covered by travel insurance.
- Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by law:
- Dune Coast Tourism acts as an intermediary between you and external suppliers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity providers.
- We are not liable for:
- Delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party operators
- Changes in itinerary due to weather, safety considerations, or operational decisions
- Theft, loss of personal items, or damages during tours or transfers
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
You acknowledge that certain activities (e.g., dune bashing, adventure sports) carry inherent risks, and participation is voluntary.
